Baobei is a stable team of audiovisual professionals that grows, project by project, with selected local crew members. It is this model that lets us move from the short film to the international set without losing consistency.

Coordinates the artistic direction and project management of Baobei Entertainment, from production to service, from events to live directing. He also directs the Baobei Training Academy.

The professionals we train
Since 2017 the Baobei Academy has trained stuntmen, stuntwomen and actors. The technical direction of the courses is led by Mauro Caterini, a specialist in stunt disciplines, safety and the staging of action scenes.
It is a direct pipeline: those who train with us often join the crews on our sets.
