When a user fills in a form on the website we collect the data they enter, in particular:

• Stunt course application: full name, email, year of birth, sporting or acting experience, any link to a showreel;
• request for information on the Acting courses: email and any name.

The data provided through the forms is processed in order to:

• respond to requests for information and quotes and handle the communications sent — legal basis: response to a request from the data subject and adoption of pre-contractual measures, in addition to the consent expressed;
• manage applications for the training courses and expressions of interest — legal basis: pre-contractual measures and consent expressed;
• comply with any legal obligations.

Providing the data marked as mandatory is necessary in order to act on the request; failure to provide it makes a reply impossible.

4. Methods of processing

The data is processed using IT and electronic tools, adopting technical and organisational measures appropriate to guarantee its confidentiality, integrity and security. There is no automated decision-making process or profiling activity.

5. Communication of data

The data is neither disseminated nor communicated to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed, on our behalf, by the providers of the technical hosting and email services, appointed as data processors. The data is stored on servers located within the European Union and is not subject to transfer to third countries.
